Additional trials will be charged extra

Travel Expenses
Travel will be worked out at 55p per mile. Parking expenses will also be charged to the client.
Minimum bookings
Single bridal bookings made on a Friday and Saturday within peak times (1st April – 31st October) will have an additional surcharge of £30.
Trial
Trials will preferably take place 2-4 months before the wedding day. Please allow 2 hours for a make-up trial, longer if more than one person is having a trial. Please have some inspiration pictures ready of the kind of looks and style you would like. If false lashes are required, patch tests for eyelash glue will be done on trial date. Trials will be taken place at Bridal Beauty Midlands location or bride’s location if it is within 10 miles of Bridal Beauty Midlands. 
Before the wedding day
All timings will be confirmed no later than 7 days before the wedding date and the schedule will be sent over to the client. This is to ensure Bridal Beauty Midlands can work with efficiency on the day. The bride  is to inform all party members who are involved on their time slot, which is  essential on time keeping , ensuring the morning runs smoothly.
Wedding day
On the wedding day Bridal Beauty Midlands will arrive at your venue #0 minutes prior to first scheduled makeup to set up. Each bridal party member will have an 1 hour of make-up time. Bridal Beauty Midlands can stay to help with last minute touch ups.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking to secure your wedding date, this is payable via cash/bank transfer. This will be redeemed towards your final payment. 
Cash/bank transfer on trial date for trial payment.
After your trial, the remaining payment is to be paid any time before 30 days prior to your wedding date by cash/bank transfer.
If you are booking within 1 month of your wedding date, full payment is required within 7 days of your trial by cash/bank transfer.
